Billing questions
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page and your plan carries on until the end of the month you've paid for. After that your account moves to the Free plan.
What happens to my list if I move to a smaller plan?
Nothing is deleted. If your list is over the new limit, we pause the most recently added companies and you choose which ones to keep watching.
Do you offer invoices?
Yes. Every payment has a receipt and invoice you can download from the billing page.
Do I need a card for the Free plan?
No. You only add a card when you choose a paid plan.
